In a tribute to the most unoriginal of romantic days today, I thought I'd undertake to get in the spirit with some heart felt baking.
Well the result ended up pretty delish - and got me back on the creative path. Some rather special ingredients from Essential Ingredient and I was ready to go!
Presenting chocolate fudge and cream cheese roses - some even splashed with a dash of gold or a splash of freeze dried strawberries.
Really though - who had been painting the roses red - off with their head!
