Cassandra lives in Sydney, is married to a very helpful taste tester and is a self taught baker with a passion for everything sweet and covered in icing.
This blog is to capture all the weekend baking adventures of the SE household and cover a love of taking pictures, normally on a Monday morning in the best light. Then packed up for the SE distribution network of work colleagues, train friends, Mr SE's mechanics and anyone my loving sister is looking to bribe on the day.
The baking motivation combines a lot of inspiration found in a million different places and a strong desire to eat cake - always.
My first taste of baking was in the family kitchen with my mum, she is an amazing, precise and very clean cook with the patience that I never had. Any SE creations are low fuss (with a few cheats or corners cut) with maximum sugar
