This cake became a bit of a mash up of my favourite recipes.
Donna's yoghurt cake (minus the thyme) doused in as much cream cheese icing as possible.
1. Make up one batch of Donna Hay's Lemon and Yoghurt cake and split across three 20 cm round pans
2. To assemble, pipe round mounds of cream cheese icing on the first layer of cake
3. Spread with chopped strawberries and repeat. For extra stability cut bubble tea straws to the height of the cake and place layers gently over them.
4. Top with remaining cream cheese icing and whole strawberries .
5. Enjoy
