This weekend has been such a scorcher in Sydney. Complimented well by a public holiday Monday I really took the opportunity to bake away the whole weekend. Although I have never had quite so much trouble keeping icing in place in 30+ degrees and standing over a hot pot of oil was never going to happen during daylight.
With the NRL grand final on this weekend as well I got a nice night to myself to potter in the kitchen and watch whatever I wanted on Netflix!
So these happened!
Might I also add a wife of the year award for the after football pick up of Mr SE and his friends, complete with fresh donuts.
